Can I customize the logo?
Yes, most of our products can be personalized logo, if you need, please contact us and send your logo to us before placing an order. Email to support@customizedidea.com.

Can I enter more characters to my personalization than the site is allowing?

The customization scope of each product is different. You can view the customization length of each product on each product page.

How do I find the product I'm looking for on the website?

At the top right of the page, enter a keyword or item number in the search bar, or search by category in the navigation menu, You can find all the products on our website by simply searching.

May I see a sample design display?
Of course. it takes a long time to reply due to email communication, so I suggest you refer to the product details page.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I use your "discount code"?

You can entered your coupon code at checkout , click “apply” and the discount will automatically adjust your order total.

*Coupons cannot be combined. You can only use one coupon code per order.

How do I track my order?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order in “Track my order page” by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Why was my payment declined?

If you have trouble paying via credit card, please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank. In the case that your payment is still refused, we suggest trying a different card or payment method.

How do I change/modify my order?

If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please contact us at

It includes changing the size or engraving, removing an item, changing your shipping address.

Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

How do I know if my order is placed successfully?
You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been placed successfully. By visiting the Track My Order, you can check the status of your order.
What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?
If you have not received a confirmation email about your order, you may have entered your email incorrectly when placed the order or the email might be in your spam folder. You may log into your Customizedidea account and click "My Orders" button to see your orders. You may also contact us to find out more information about your order.
Why is the tracking number not working?

When we ship the packages to you, there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update. It may take a couple of days to see any activity once it has been shipped out from our end.

How long can I receive my order?

Our delivery time includes product processing time and shipping time

 

Since most of the products are customized products, the processing time is about 5-8 Business days(The processing time for 60% of the products is about 5-8 days, and the processing time for 40% of the products may be longer, including T-shirts, print ornaments, etc.)

USA : 10-15 Business days

Other: 15-23 Business days

 

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

How much is the shipping cost?

the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors:

a.The shipment method you choose;

b.The destination country that the package ships to;

c.The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package.
